Amanda's 3rd Birthday Party

Today I took Reagan to a birthday party for her friend named Amanda ... Reagan and Amanda were in Ms. Lisa's preschool class together last year. Although Amanda is going to a different preschool this year, she is now in our River Vale First Friends group, so it's nice that we still get to see them every week!

Since we were out late the night before, Reagan slept in and I had to wake her up to go to the party at 11:00! Getting out the door was a bit of a hassle, especially when I tried to brush her very knotted bed head. So forgive the messy (frizzy) hair in the pictures - it was the best I could do!

The birthday girl Amanda and her mother Karen. The party was held at Tumble Bee Gymnastics in Emerson ... I just LOVE this place! There are so many fun things for the kids to do and they all run around like maniacs.

I was so happy to see Jen and Harry there too (Harry, Amanda, and Reagan were all in the same class last year)

Balancing on the bar bridge
Reagan loved the castle that she got to climb into and then slide out of ... but when the workers told her it was her last turn down the slide, she got very pouty. This picture above makes me laugh - what a pouty face!

Harry gave me this cute smile!

The last activity before leaving the gym was the parachute. When Reagan saw the parachute, she said, "Mom, parachute me!"

The birthday girl worked up an appetite and devoured her pizza ... I told Reagan to follow her example, but it didn't exactly work.

Amanda's baby sister Allison ... Karen, Jen and I were all pregnant last year, so we all have babies around the same age.

Amanda's Dora Cake
What a fun party! Thanks for inviting us Karen and Amanda!

The pouty face is classic! I'm sure we have bunches of those from when were were young....but probably more from when we were teenagers! :)
