On Friday morning, Meredith and I decided to meet at Wee Play to let Reagan and Timmy run around together. Wee Play is a great indoor play place where Reagan has such a good time. The first time I took her there, she barely left my side ... now she runs around from one activity to the next and then falls asleep as soon as I get her in the car! I took some cute pictures of her that I wanted to share. These pictures really seem to show Reagan's personality:
The bruise on Reagan's right cheek was from her fall down the stairs the night before ... I was taking both girls upstairs for a bath and I told Reagan to wait at the bottom of the stairs while I took Avery up. Our stairs are made of slippery wood, so we always accompany her on the stairs and make her hold onto the rails. Of course, she loves stairs and it's been difficult trying to teach her they're not something to play on. By the time I was at the top of the stairs with Avery, I heard her crash (what a horrible sound!). She had only made it up to the small landing, so luckily, she only fell down two steps. Her cheek had direct contact with the tile floor at the base of the stairs, hence the big purple bruise. When I was dating John, I once slipped on one of the very top steps and then tumbled down the entire staircase. Slippery socks and our staircase are a very dangerous mix!
