A few weeks ago, I read this phrase on my friend Natalie's blog: "Don't get angry, get the camera." Obviously, I don't need any reminders to grab my camera for photo ops, but this phrase has helped me see the humor in things lately.
I turned my back for a few minutes while cooking dinner tonight and then Reagan walked in, saying, "Avery's a mess! She looks scary, Mommy." Here's what I saw:
The paints were already wet, since Reagan had been painting with them earlier, so it didn't take much for Avery to get covered from head to toe. Luckily, it all came off rather easily with a few wet wipes.

LOL... I wonder how those tasted! It is always something, huh. I have a feeling you will be "getting the camera" more and more the older she gets! :)
What great advice!! ha ha. I will take this to heart. Little Avery is such a little cutie and that messy face just makes her all the more adorable.
