Avery is such a sweet and happy little girl. It's so easy to get a smile out of her and now she gives us a small little laugh. It's almost like a chuckle. Whenever she hears her Papa's voice or her sister's voice, she starts looking around the room to find them. As soon as she spots John or Reagan, she immediately gives them a big gummy grin ... it's the cutest thing! I can't believe she's already 4 months old, since it seems like I gave birth to her just yesterday.
These pictures were actually taken last week (2/29/08), but I just downloaded them and they were too cute not to share. Avery loves to stand and she can bear all her weight on her legs for quite a long time. She's really strong! Lately, when I lay her down on her back to change her diaper, she lifts her head and shoulders up quite high, kind of like she's doing crunches. Either she's very eager to sit up, or she's working on a six-pack so she'll look good in a bikini at the pool this summer.
