After I posted Avery's picture on the scale at her 3 Month Well Visit, I had numerous friends and family members comment on how funny it was. So, I figured I'd get a similar picture today at her 4 Month Well Visit ... yes, it will probably become a monthly tradition, since this blog will be a nice place to document her growth.
Avery gained 1 pound exactly over the last month, weighing 14.2 pounds (almost 14 pounds 4 ounces). The most impressive growth spurt came in her length, since she measured 24 1/4 inches ... this was an inch and a half from last month, when she measured 22 3/4. The nurse even came in to double check the measurements because she was surprised at the change.

What a happy baby Amanda. She is darling. Bummer you aren't coming out... let me know when you do. I am sure your family is as anxious as ever to spend quality time with this little sweet pea.
She is so dang cute! The invitations you made for your Mom's party were darling. I'm sad that we probably won't get to see your family, but I hope that John's Mom is doing okay.
