"Old" Friends in NJ

Is it posible to have "Old" friends here in NJ? Let me clarify by saying I'm not referring to the AGE of my friends here, but how long I've known them. Well, I've now lived here for almost FOUR years! I can hardly believe it. Anyway, my first real friend I made here in NJ was Kerry Arbadji. I was assigned as an aide to a child in her kindergarten classroom and she immediately took me under her wing. I quickly became pregnant with Reagan and even though I didn't have any kids yet, she let me tag along with her and her 2 girls on all their fun summer activities. She and her girls stopped by this week for a brief visit and it was great to see them. Kerry also brought our friend Lisa's daughter Grace ... when John saw Grace, he said, "she looks like Reagan!" You'll have to leave a comment on whether or not you agree.

Nicole stopped by too, so here's a picture with all the girls, starting in the back: Jenna (Kerry's youngest, 6) and Lisa's daughter Grace (almost 5). In the front: Mia, Reagan and Kara (Kerry's oldest, 7).

My other "old" friend Robin stopped by this week so I could meet her new baby girl, Jelena (a family Serbian name pronounced Yeh-len-a). I met Robin 2 years ago at my friend Sue's house. Robin had just moved to River Vale from California, so we were both transplants to New Jersey. Her husband's company that brought them here have just offered him a promotion back in California, so they'll be moving back whenever their house sells. Due to the current "buyer's market," they haven't had much interest in their house and they're getting a little discouraged. I told her I felt bad for saying this, but I hope their home doesn't sell and that they'll stay here :)
Robin just had her 3rd daughter, so she has a 6 year old, Katherine, a 4 year old, Ella, and a new baby.
